Roving exhibitions feature latest information on employment and further studies
The Labour Department and the Education Department will jointly organise a series of roving exhibitions from tomorrow (July 20) to August 3 to provide Form 5 graduates with the latest information on further studies, vocational training and pre-employment training programmes, such as the Youth Pre-employment Training Programme and the Youth Work Experience and Training Scheme.

The exhibitions will open from 11 am to 7 pm. Admission is free.
A set of two handbooks, namely the Handbook for Form 5 Students: In Pursuit of Job and Continuing Learning Opportunities and the Careers Guidance Handbook for Secondary 5 Graduates, will be distributed. The Handbooks contain comprehensive information on further studies, vocational training and choosing careers.
Copies of the handbooks are also available from secondary schools, Careers Information Centres of the Labour Department, Regional Education Offices of the Education Department and Public Enquiry Service Centres of the Home Affairs Department.
They can be downloaded from the websites of the Labour Department (www.careers.labour.gov.hk) and the Education Department (www.ed.gov.hk/cgs).
In addition, two talks will be held on July 30 and 31 at City Hall and Tsuen Wan Town Hall respectively. The talks will give advice on finding school places, vocational training opportunities and managing emotions etc.
