Mandatory Basic Safety Training Courses (Construction Work) - List of Approved Training Course Providers Operating Courses Offered by Employees Retraining Board (ERB)

Relevant Safety Training Courses recognized by the Commissioner for Labour pursuant to Section 6BA(2) of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance

Mandatory Basic Safety Training Courses for persons employed at industrial undertakings carrying out construction work

The following organisations were also appointed by Employees Retraining Board (“ERB”) under Employees Retraining Ordinance as appointed Training Bodies. All eligible employees in Hong Kong aged 15 or above who meet the admission requirements for individual courses can enrol in training courses of the ERB offered by the appointed Training Bodies. Please note that the list of the organisations to conduct ERB course is subject to mechanism established by ERB.
